Love to visit L’Occitane store so i can smell the products before finalizing my purchases. Three favorite products are the moisturizing shampoo/conditioner, almond shower oil and shea butter based creams. Yes it could be pricey but worth it to use on daily basis; simple pleasures of a working Mom.

I was shopping here with my wife and I got a coupon from my Instagram account to redeem for a free lotion. The person in front of me in line also received the coupon and redeemed without problem, but the cashier told me mine was not valid and I had to go online, sign up for an account, find a code, bring it back, and then have her enter the code. Really bad service, and I won’t be back.
