Mike in the service center saved my family and I a lot of trouble by simply calling me back. We are completely new to travel trailer living, and tripped our gfi. Little did I know in the breaker box, per Mike’s instructions, in order to reset it, you need to push down, then push back up for the switch to flip again and to reset your rigs gfi. Thank you so much for your help! You guys just got yourself a new customer and many referrals, as my husband is a lineman and we all stay in travel trailers, fifth wheels, and RVs!
