Both account reps that assisted me were fantastic! I initially ordered and set aside a bedroom set online. Tony was very helpful with setting it all up, and since I wanted to make sure I was happy with my online decision, I decided to finish my transaction in person at the Redondo beach location. Before Tony let me go, he gave me his info in case I had future / additional questions. Brian was the sales rep at the store, and he was super nice, patient, and personable! He took care of everything else, finished the transaction for me, and made everything easy. Kudos to both these guys!
