ivermore Print and Sign is a great print shop I have been using for years. They do all my green stationary and business cards. Shepard, the owner, and his staff are always professional, reliable and prompt. They are easy and fun to work with. They aim to please and will help with just about any type of project. The service is top knotch! I highly recommend them!

I do remember having a conversation with you where we discussed the dirty window and I had told you that we don’t clean windows.At that point you said you were going to contact [landlord] to sort the details. [landlord] contacted me to come do the installation and I was surprised to see they were still dirty.$273 for a one color vinyl, which I assume most of the cost was installation.This shop was clearly aware of my concerns about the dirty window, but decided to take a Not my job/problem approach and listen to [landlord] instead of their paying customer. I came back to what looks like someone threw dirt and mud at my business identity. I was required to use this signage shop by [landlord] and I have paid in full, and have not requested any reimbursement, discount, or refund.The vinyl cuts themselves are clean, and the window was spot cleaned where the logo was to be applied (resulting in the attached picture). I was present during installation but only happened to interact with this company because I was heading out to lunch and was not informed of an installation time. I assisted with a ladder and a laser level, but didn’t even think or notice the dirt at the time.Please do better in the future – I’ve never felt compelled to leave a significantly negative review like this before. Your business revolves around making other businesses look good.*appending*Just had a discussion with [landlord] and it sounds like there was a bunch of miscommunication to go around. It sounds like they’ll work to improve their processes with him in the future.
