Angela answered the phone so rudely. All I asked is if this location was doing deliveries as i know some shops have changed processes to deliveries due to Covid. As soon as I asked I was greeted with the rudest tone akin to a 14 year old bully “umm yeah because we are a flower shop”. There was so much sarcasm and sass. When I explained why I asked I was met with more attitude and malice. She then told me she was rude because she was doing 5 things at once. I informed her it would have been better to answer the phone and ask me to hold or maybe let it go to voicemail. Honestly this was the rudest interaction I’ve ever had with this company. I have been a long time fan but this interaction was so sour and disappointing.
