I HAD long full lashes so I figured a lash lift would work great for me. Biggest regret ever. My lashes are so short now and for some reason look and feel like they’ve been fried off and are now completely uneven. I’m so upset! Not to mention they were suppose to refund me for the bottom lashes since I never got them done although I paid for them on the site the nasty girl with the attitude told my technician she would “take care of it” as I was walking out- never refunded me. Save your money this place doesn’t deserve it.

Just visited for the first time to have my brows done, and I was totally blown away by the service. Alina made my eye brows literal works of art. She asked me what I wanted (natural and full, but groomed and flattering to my face) and made it happen beyond what I knew was possible. She walked me through the process so I knew what to expect, mapped my eyebrows on my face before doing any hair removal so I could approve the shape, and worked in a friendly yet efficient way. Before applying wax, she double check my skin care routine to be sure there would be no unexpected complications between the wax and any of my other products. I was really impressed with the whole experience.Thanks Alina! I’ll be back regularly.
