I want to say at first everything was great. The front customer staff was friendly and helpful. We purchased a brand new 2020 Can Am outlander at the beginning of April. Not a cheap piece of equipment. The absolute first time I took it out was about a week after we purchased the ATV. I knew immediately something was wrong. I was afraid to ride it for fear that something would happen. We loaded it back up and called Lipscomb immediately the following monday. They told us that it was probably nothing and just needed to be ran…that sometimes the gears stick and it may sound off. My husband insisted that they look at it and promptly took it to them. As it turned out…the boot was broken. But that’s not all. The axel was not assembled correctly causing damage to the area. So now it is in their service department…and has been for about 2 weeks. And it’s still not fixed. They are waiting for parts they said. I’m so heartbroken. I’ve literally ridden the ATV (that my husband bought specifically for me) one lousy time. They obviously didn’t do the check out list at all or didn’t do a good job of it. We were sold a defective product and now we are stuck with this ATV that is useless. I had hoped that they would make this right…but all we are getting is nothing but stress and no working ATV. I want to cry. This was supposed to be something fun for our family. It took us a long time to be able to afford something like this. How can people do this.
