I have been on long quest looking for a quality down pillow. While searching Amazon, I came across Lincove, read the wonderful reviews, and decided to deal with them directly. Based on the information on their website, I ordered the medium fill Canadian white down pillow. The delivery was fast, and the pillow was of high quality. I soon discovered that I probably should have ordered a firm pillow. I contacted customer service and they immediately sent me another pillow at no additional cost to me. After comparing the two, I decided to return the Medium pillow. Once again, Jasmin, at Customer Service, was quick to send a prepaid return label. Lincove offers a luxurious product, and exceptional pre and post purchase customer service. So happy I found them, and am looking forward to many restful night’s sleep ahead.

I absolutely LOVE my new Lincove pillow. I am VERY particular about my pillow. A few weeks ago I was thinking that I need to get a new pillow as mine was getting old. Then, a few days later a Lincove pillow showed up at my door. My niece had ordered one for herself and she thought I would love it. I could not believe how comfortable it is – not too thick and not too thin. I woke up without a sore neck the very next day. It is truly the BEST pillow I have ever had and I have tried MANY.
