Is this any way to run a company where people’s health matters?

NEVER use this place!

Getting set up and my equipment was easy. Then the first bill came. I was being charged more than the agreed amount I signed my paperwork with. I then had to submit financial hardship paperwork, which kept getting lost after 3 attempts. I can never get a hold of anyone from the office. Their out of state reps will call for me to order supplies, but when I say I’m waiting for contact from someone at the Eureka office, they’re no help. The lack of communication and honesty with this company is appalling.

Like almost all the other reviews about this company DO NOT use them and if I could would give them 0 stars! This place is a sh*t show and has the most incompetent people working there! After weeks of trying to get a c-pap for my husband they Lee say we don’t have insurance…..but we have given them the info over the phone, brought our card in for them to have a copy in person, my insurance company has called them and faxed it to them, and then they called our insurance the day after they had already talked to them to verify again…..and guess what they still say we don’t have insurance and haven’t done anything to get his c-pap order for him! We have now started the process with Apria and they have already been so nice and helpful so hopefully he gets his machine soon

From the start it was by far the worst service I have ever encountered in my entire life. My CPAP took over 3 months to arrive although they promised it would be there the next week. When it did arrive I went in immdeiately to get it in feat that it was probably promised to several other people in my same boat. The woman opened it and showed me how to put it on, tried to adjust it the best she could, she had limited time and it was obviouse. Once I got the machine home and on it was ill fitting and not gaged correctly, I was not able to change the settings and ended up just using the piece that fits just to the nose and that worked out for me and a month of trying. I live 2 hours away and mid all this here comes the Pandemic, I am staying at home, they have demanded the chip out of it and there is not one, they just sent me a letter saying that they have made severak attempts to contact me and now are goinng to report the machine stolen. I was contacted several times by the RUDEST woman ANN I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. I have been in customer service for 35 years and have managed call centeres of up to 250 people. I cannot believe these people are still in business, please take the time to read mine and the others ratings, do not do business with theses people.
