Phone in service was poor took up to 8 days to receive any type of acknowledgement that I had ordered more oxygen tanks the hospital clinic was the one who had to call Lincare so I could get the oxygen tanks that I needed. They are pretty much the only oxygen supply company in town which make it difficult for those of us who are dependent upon portable oxygen for mobility out side the home.

I was so pleased with the service I received from this office. I was on the road and due to the wild fires, my air filters needed replaced. I was traveling and needed supplies. Roberta was able to find air filters to help me out. She even met me near my daughter’s house to save me from having to drive 40 minutes to thier offices. Thanks for going above and beyond.

They don’t deserve even one star. Called 5+ times for this company to come out that my dad needed oxygen to get to and from his Stanford doctor appointments …no calls no shows. They need to be sued and not be in business anymore! They are going to kill someone!! Changed to Apria and what a difference …they actually care and treat patients like they were their own people! And yes i had approval to act in his behalf and still!
