The best service , staff, and atmosphere you could ever ask for! I had such an amazing experience at Lily – the ones that Brides dream about. Laura and Allie made my day so special and really got to know what I was looking for and liked. After multiple appointments at other shops, it was such a breath of fresh air to walk into Lily, knowing I was in such great hands. I would go back in a heartbeat and do it all over again. I’m honored to be a Lily Bride and cannot wait to hopefully send others I know to the Lily ladies in the future. Everyone is friendly, professional, kind, and very knowledgeable. I found myself wanting their opinions by the end! Can’t recommend Lily Saratoga enough!

This was my first bridal appointment ever, so I was nervous and didn’t know what to expect. Laura greeted my mom and I at the door, we sat down and discussed covid protocols, what style I was going for our venue, etc. Masks on (over your nose people, it’s not hard!), the bridal attendant will grab gowns, help get you zipped up, and walk with you back out to the viewing area. Trying dresses on with a mask isn’t a big deal at all, I barely even noticed I had it on. It was so fun chatting about our wedding plans and getting to know a little more about each other throughout the appointment.Laura knows her stuff! Her kindness, patience, knowledge, and professionalism was so refreshing. Her attention to detail, my body language, what I was comfortable in, etc. really made the appointment. Everything about this experience was wonderful, I could have spent the whole day trying things on and chatting with Laura. Laura and the Lily Saratoga team set the bar very high, and I cannot wait to go back!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Lily Saratoga. All of the staff are welcoming, knowledgeable and are truly invested in helping you. This was the first bridal shop I visited and I left with my dream dress. The store has lots of different styles, brands and price ranges of dresses to choose from. They also have a great sanitation system during the pandemic, which made me feel safe trying on dresses. I highly recommend any brides looking for their dream dress to visit Lily Saratoga!
