Hello,I recently visited the Lilly Pulitzer store in North Park Mall this past Saturday! My goal was to find the perfect dress to wear to my Luau Birthday party that evening; it changed when I entered the store. I walked in expecting to be welcomed like every other woman who shopped there with their daughters. Nobody spoke to me, the three employees were all gathered over the register gossiping and they looked as if they saw a ghost when I walked by. Most people would’ve left but, I continued to shop. I walked around checking the sizes for the items I was interested in trying on. I heard all associates check on the shoppers except for me, one of the ladies actually followed me around as if I was going to steal. From that point I left. I want to make sure this message gets in the hands of the district manager because, never in my years of servicing other people I have been profiled against. My heart was crushed for the lack of service I received, I hope as a company that has a great reputation something will be done about this not only for me but other supporters. This is a very unfortunate situation because I purchase these planners for my team on a annual basis and now, I will take my money elsewhere.

My favorite shop to buy clothes that match my daughter!! Online I find swim trucks to match the whole family!Inside this store you will receive the highest level of hospitality! They treat all clients equally!! I’ve been inside here many times and received the level of hospitality and respect! I have to admit that I’ve been inside while I looked like a train wreck without any sleep and a pair of sweat pants on!Even while in a wheelchair!I love that I don’t have to worry about any judgement when I go into this store!By far the best service in the industry’
