Great overall experience. Can get any lighting fixture you need and can come up with a creative solution for almost any situation. Our contractors electrician was not familiar with low voltage lighting when we built our house 9 years ago. Some things he installed poorly and others he just could not finish. We waited a long time in an inefficiently lit house – contractor fatigue – before finally getting the lighting fixed. I had driven by Light Point several times and one day decided to stop and check it out. Great decision. I try to support local businesses whenever I can and have been rewarded in most cases with exceptional service. Robert, the owner, came out and took an inventory of our needs, made suggestions and submitted a proposal. We decided to get it all done. He just left after spending two afternoons fixing our existing lights and installing new fixtures – including a beautiful round trac unit that he recommended and is perfect for the room. We are now going to have him come back and install lighting to illuminate artwork on a difficult to access wall. I am confident he will do a great job.
