If there was an option for zero stars I would use it! The phone number provided does not work, so I suppose if there is an issue you are just screwed. I have been trying for a month to get ahold of this office to no avail. My sons school pictures came incomplete, I choose a specific package and still haven’t gotten the missing portrait… where is it? Its been 2 months! You were sure to get your money rather quickly, so where is the rest of my order? I am NOT happy with the service you offered, and failed to provide in its entirety! I either want the missing portrait or a refund for the difference between the package I ordered and the package I actually received.
