I shopped there this Sunday and I politely asked for a health worker discount. I did not have my ID because I left my wallet at home; just tired after doing a night shift. Staff at Levi’s refused to give me the discount and demented to show them my ID. I got an online confirmation that I’m a medical provider. FYI you can check any professional license online. I actually have 2 different. They still refused!!!!Regardless, I work with children and also with COVID patients; I love my job and the fact that I can help and make a difference. Therefore, I would expect a little more understanding ..maybe some compassion, doing some good and making ppl happy under those challenging circumstances??? I ended up leaving the store without the discount. Feeling sad..not nice Levi’s team!
