I am so grateful to Le Vian! A small stone was lost on a ring that my husband purchased for me over 20 years ago that has great sentimental value. I emailed the company to see if it could be repaired, and was instructed to take it to a local Macy’s, where they would get an estimate and let me know about a repair. It was a lovely surprise that there was no charge for the repair, and also the settings were checked, it was cleaned, and polished to look like new. Excellent customer service – many thanks!

I originally discovered LeVian jewelry while shopping at Macy’s in 2010 while visiting from Canada. My first purchase was so me I felt like it had been designed specifically for me lol. That was it! I haven’t bought any other brand since then and after going to many, many trunk shows, their Vegas Red Carpet review multiple times I can honestly say that this company, the family and their amazing staff are very dear to me.
