Amazing customer service. I forgot the pool start up instruction booklet on the counter after my purchase. The store employee took pictures of it and sent it to me after I couldn’t find it online. Something he didn’t have to do but really made a difference. They have also helped me troubleshooting with other issues and actually showed me how to get my filters out on a demo setup. I would definitely recommend Leslie pool supplies
