Absolutely outstanding customer care today! After firing pool service from a company that never shows – when they do show they skyrocket my chlorine to 14 ppm when it should be between 1-4 ppm. I walked into Leslies and was able to test my water, the staff Victoria and Heather are extremely helpful and were able to suggest another full time pool service on the spot.Unfortunately I will need to drain the pool and start over fresh as the acid and chlorine are at dangerous levels. The ladies at Leslie’s squared me away on what to do. Their concern for my health, safety and enjoyment of being able to use my pool was clear in their voices. Again, they had me at customer care, price wasn’t a factor when the previous company hardly showed up. I will use Leslies and their recommendations on Pool Supply and Service from now on.This 5-Star Review Was Cinch.
