I called Leslie’s and spoke to Mike to ask a few questions about our above ground pool. He was really busy and asked to call me back which of course was perfectly fine. Although we kept playing phone tag, I was really impressed that he kept trying to reach me. I ended up just having my husband go to the store since it was my fault I couldnt answer his return call.My husband said that Mike was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of his questions. He tested our water, made a profile in the computer and then made appropriate recommendations. Everything he said made sense and we followed his advice and now our above ground pool water looks perfect. I wish we would have talked to them when we first set it up. Everyone we have talked to at Leslie’s has been helpful and knowledgeable and we will definately be giving them more of our business and recomending them to friends and family.
