Went here for advice, and to purchase the right pool supplies for my pool. I received none of those things.1. Got my water tested, and told what to purchase (which was not correct)2. After finding the solution on my own, I attempted to return the wrong products suggested, which they then informed me they don’t take returns on chemicals. Fair enough, but don’t parade your satisfaction guarantee/14 day returns then never mention what doesn’t count at the point of sale and then refer to small print on some obscure sign and my receipt you had trouble finding yourself.3. When I asked why, they said It’s California law. That would be acceptable, if I didn’t just come from Home Depot and return the exact same product. (FYI, I went to Home Depot to buy bulk of advised product because Leslie’s prices are very expensive compared to other common places)So lying, bad advice, and deceptive return policies was my overall experience. Along with all the other negative reviews, I will let you draw your own conclusions.
