Wish I could give this place ZERO stars. Seriously the worst service ever. I’ve gone back hoping I would get better service, and because it’s closer to my home, but that’s not the case anymore. To start the employees are very rude, and expect you to know how to care for a pool already. I bought a pool (22ft by 54in., 10,000 gallons) 2 months ago. Took a water sample to see what I needed, one female employee told me to put 4 tablets of chlorine & gave further instructions. Bought the supplies they recommended, and was asked to bring a water sample within a week. I go back, receiving flat out rude service, and they (female & male employees) are laughing amongst themselves talking in low voices as they are testing the water. They gave me the results & tell me to come back again in a week. I go back & they tell me the water is high in chlorine to where I tell them I put the 4 tables like they instructed to do, well the girl rudely tells me she didn’t tell me to put all four that it’s 2 tablets. 1 tablet for 5,000 gallons of water. Now my pool water is green. Will be trying the Pasadena location so here’s to hoping I receive the right information.

Everytime I have gone here, it’s been a great experience. The staff have always helped as soon as I walk in, explain everything thoroughly, and were very nice. I won’t go anywhere else!
