When 6 other stores, companies and services let me down, I was thankful that I found this specific location through a Facebook recommendation. We had recently purchased an inflatable hot tub and have no clue how to maintain it. I spoke on the phone with Adnan the manager about my struggles to get assistance and even though I went on his day off to the store, associate Scott taught us absolutely everything we would need to know. Been going here for years. It’s hit and miss with the proper information on pool care. Last visit I knew more than the tech. Fortunately there was a tech there I’ve spoken to before. He helped clarify steps I needed to take to correct the problem.

Waited nearly one month for them to come out to open my pool. They would only book appointment for a 4 hour window in the middle of the day. They came out to the house and upcharged the price they quoted me after arriving and seeing my house. I agreed to their new quote. They then saw that another company had done the previous closing and refused to open the pool because they could not accept responsibility for another company’s closing. I told them that it was of course not their responsibility as I am a new owner taking possession then if the previous closing had caused any potential issues of course it wasn’t their responsibility. They still refused to do the work. Wasted 4 weeks waiting and one day off work to supervise. I would not recommend a company that refuses to work even after agreeing to pay their new upcharged quote. Shady, Shady. and super uncool. Do not recommend. Beware!!!!
