I came in because I had a tire that I bought from them and a big chunk was taken out of it on the tread. The technician said it was not a warranty issue since the belts were not exposed. Clearly it is a defective tire, but the warranty only covers if the steel belts are showing? I have done business with Les Schwab for over 30 years. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS THERE AGAIN. From now on, I will take my business to Point S tires. They honor their warranties and take care of their customers.

I buy all my tires from Leswab now. I once bought 4 new BigO tires, three days later one of the sidewalls blew out as I pulled into my driveway. I took the tire back to bigo and the manager would not honor their warranty even after showing him my receipt. So this sent me to Leswab. Since starting with Leswab from 18 wheeler tires to pickup truck tires and car tires I have never had a problem with any warranty issues flats balancing or any mechanical services they provide both local and road service in any town or any state. Leswab you’ve got a great program going all around thanks keep up the good work.
