They were super nice while we were buying a brand new expensive washing machine, and told us to call if we had any problems, but only just over a year later when washer is already having an issue we will be charged $130 for them to look at it! that is before parts and labor to fix it! Very disappointed to say the least, the main reason we spent so much on a top brand they recommended was so it would last and we would have to worry, wanted to support a local small business too our used washer lasted way longer than this.
