One of the best experience I had shopping for prescription Sunglasses here at this location.Extremely knowledgeable and professional staff.Mr. Bruce who helped me a lot with the entire process of picking up the right sunglasses that fits my prescription, my face and my taste with great patience, friendlyness and interest. He also took care of all the vision insurance related stuff. Sunglasses came out perfectly fine product and exactly what I expected. Great craftsmanship. Excellent work. Hands down for all the services I received from here. I would recommend this location to anyone who needs great professional optical products and services. Looking to make glasses at LensCrafters? this location at 300 stanford, shopping center in Palo Alto is the go to location!. Went in there at 2.30pm met this gentleman Joshua Polido wow! Customer service per excellence, goes beyond the proverbial extra mile. Took me through the different choices, options, costings, choosing frames that goes with my face shape, great smile, great advice, great service and very patient too..This gentleman should be promoted to regional training manager (Customer Service)..am sure it would help bring back LensCrafters glory back albeit in only one region..I should mention the other gentlemen there, the two are in a class of their own in customer service. Cant wait to find money go make another pair with my own highly valued sentimental frame.
