Great product but this location had very poor customer service. With an appointment I had to wait an hour and forty minutes to be seen by an optometrist and I had to keep following up to make sure I wasn’t forgotten. Even when I came to pick up my glasses all the workers were talking amongst themselves while there was a line of people trying to pick up. I’ve never waited so long to be seen by a doctor or even just pick up glasses.

To say the least, I needed glasses. Same day service for presciption lenses. The ‘staff’ here are very attentive and professional. Most of your ophthalmological needs addressed in a few hours. (How sweet!)
