I arrived at the West Covina store on Sunday probably around 1ish, there was no wait, compared to much busier days when they are packed, and Brian was who greeted me. He went over my options thoroughly to help me decide what type of lens would suit me. He was professional, welcoming and attentive to what my concerns were and knowledgeable in every aspect. It makes all the difference when we feel cared for, especially when it comes to our health and well being, Brian by far exceeded my expectations of my experience to get my eyes on the right track. Cant wait for my glasses!!!! Thank you Brian for your kindness and for caring!

Second time here looking for frames only. Made a purchase this time and I have to say I am very pleasantly surprised with the customer service and lack of sales pressure, which I heard is a problem sometimes. I have had the same optometrist for years and really not looking to change, except the choice of frames in his place is limited. Came one before to look around and make a “short list” and service was pleasant as I recall. Today, greeted and asked if I needed help. Didn’t think I did since I knew what I wanted, so he walked away. When I did have a question he was very helpful and finished the sale. He did ask if I needed the prescription filled here and when I said I didn’t, he moved on. Even offered me the AAA discount which I would not have thought to ask. Score!!!!I also have to say, compared to Montebello location where I was ignored, this place has a larger selection it seems as well. Maybe just larger space but feels like they have more in store to choose from.
