Please MAINTAIN ACCURATE store hours! I arrived today, (a Sunday) at 10am and the gate was still down, even though both Google AND your corporate website lists your …

Horrible experience with both the retail associate and the manager. The retail associate had zero respect for my time. After talking with him at the store, he promised to check my insurance and call me back to save me a trip back to the store. He never did. I had to call the store to remind him to call the insurance. After that, he invited me back to the store and said he got the ok from the insurance. Well, I got to the store only to find out that they won’t take the insurance….. what a waste of time! The manager didn’t even apologize, and tried to get me to give her confidential medical history and told me without that, it would be against the law to take my insurance. WHAT?!?! They need better training and customer service at this store. I ended up at the West LA store and they took care of me and I got exactly what I wanted. Go there instead and ask for Pat.

I had a terrible accident and almost ruined my glasses. They’re Tom Ford’s and not really the hardiest pair you’ll ever wear. They were pretty mashed cuz I had stepped on them and I went inside and an angel named Janet slowly but surely fixed them so I could wear them again. Thank you Janet and thank you LensCrafters.

I love LensCrafters. I worked for the company from 2012-2015. Seems like nothing has changed. Still the best optometry, with the best staff to back it up.
