I was greeted immediately upon entering the store by a friendly young man. He helped me fill out my registration papers. I had to wait a very short time to see the doctor. She was very professional and explained was she was doing. The first young man helped me figure out the most economical way to get new lens and found exactly the frames I wanted. My old glasses needed tightening, and they took care of that while I was waiting for my appointment

I recently purchased 2 pair of glasses at the palisades location, at first there was an issue with the lenses. Everyone on that team went beyond expectations to make things right.From reception to finish everyone in that store gave 110% to give me a quality product.
