[13 March] : 3 visits to get glasses.8-9 hours spent on travels, wait and correction. Huge opportunity cost lost – apart from $$$$ spent on glasses (which have been of no use so far). 24+ years wearing glasses and never thought getting glasses will be such experience.Had good experience at other LensCrafters so gave all opportunity but today’s experience didn’t help as well.Will follow with detailed feedback on experience.

This Store deserves 10 stars. This Place is well managed. Everyone is self motivated. They treated me like a close friend.Starting with Jennifer who assisted the doctor. She is a star caring smart makes me feel supported just coming to the store. The doctor is experienced knows what she was doing and perfect and fast. She was amazing. Carolina the specialist for getting my glasses was very patient and helped us to the maximum way. everything should be taught to other stores to lead the way for successful business.
