I walked in without an appointment on a Friday afternoon to pick out some frames. Ileana and Marianne made the whole process super easy. They were friendly, helpful and honest about how the frames looked on me. Everyone wore a mask and they cleaned any of the glasses I tried on. The turnaround time for picking up the glasses was quick too. Definitely recommend stopping by here!

Dr Hauser was excellent. Very personable and jolly. Kim, was a real trooper. First, the 60% off number wasn’t in the computer where it had been before. So she had to search and keep trying different combinations of numbers. Then the part that is put on your frames to measure the proportions of your eye, she finally realized, was broken and had to get another. My treatment at this LensCrafters was well worth the drive from Greenwich, CT. I won’t ever go anywhere else and neither will my boyfriend.
