I love Lena’s food, and the people are pretty nice but I just spent almost 20 minutes on hold and no one ever picked up to even say hold on or anything. It is memorial day but the phone says they are open for business and the hours arent changed on the website to say they’re closed for today. I get being busy, but 20 minutes is RIDICULOUS! we just cant continue to shop here if this is how it’s going to be every single time we try to order. We understand things are tight with the pandemic, but if you’re going to be open, put enough people on to answer a phone. The waits are already well over an hour, and that’s just after you’ve ordered

I left the Dunkirk Fredonia area in 1983 at the age of 21, Lena’s Pizza was an icon then that I ate at regularly. I was thrilled to find them still here and still run by wonderful people! The food is still off the chain to use and old phrase by and old man!!! If you want the best wings and pizza, this is the place to be!!!❤
