We emailed this service for a consult, and he answered his email in timely manner. He sent his crew to fix our tub faucet leaks. They were punctual and very polite and professional. Could not have had a better experience with this company. I had been putting off calling the plumber because, you know, it always feels like a big project. But the plumber showed up same day and was in and out in probably 20-30 minutes. Very courteous, totally painless, and very friendly. Now, I’m not looking to have any plumbing emergencies in the future. But if I do? I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again.
