I’ve spent hundreds of dollars at this store and have had the issue of being watched like a hawk every time I go in. Today, however, was worse. I came in looking for clothes to wear to The Hangout and my trip to France. After being initially greeted, I was asked two additional times if everything was alright…in around a 4 minute time span. Then, whenever I asked to be put into a dressing room, the woman who opened the door proceeded to hand count each item I had, only after I’d told her six and split the clothing between my hands (three items in one hand, three in the other). She then took my Forever 21 bag to the front while I changed. I understood her taking my shopping bag, but the fact that she proceeded to KNOCK on my dressing room door TWO MINUTES INTO ME CHANGING IS UNACCEPTABLE. It also sounded like she looked in my bag, but I’m not 100% sure she did. If she did, then that too is not acceptable since I had done nothing to be labeled as a thief. I want a peaceful shopping experience but the way they view me, and apparently other customers from reviews I’ve read, is unacceptable. It spikes my anxiety. I shouldn’t have even bought the one top that I did today. I wanted to try on different sizes in the outfits I’d picked out but was so disturbed and uncomfortable that I didn’t even want to bother with it.It’s the 21st century. Put security tags on all your items and stop harassing guests. This is uncalled for and frankly, I don’t want to return. Pity because y’all have the nicest things in this mall too.

I was in town for a trip and decided to check out the mall. While browsing Matt and I had a great conversation about my work and helped me find the right gear I needed for it. Definitely would recommend to anyone. Personable workers who know their stuff. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.
