It’s a very well laid out store. Nice employees. I buy much from there. My kitchen is filled with their products. FILLED! I basically only buy their cyprus ?? green colored items but also their stainless steal pans.

I recently bought a grill pan at this store. I got the white enameled color which happened to be the last one, so I was told it was a display item and no longer had a Le Creuset box. Since I really wanted white I said it was ok.Upon checkout, I was told the item was final sale and couldn’t be returned. The full price was $170, on sale for $99.95. I looked around and there was no Final Sale sign anywhere.I was taken aback but agreed thinking I got a really good deal. The sales associate took a pen and wrote the word Final Sale next to the item on the receipt.After I got home I Googled and found that Williams Sonoma, Crate & Barrel, Macy’s, LeCreuset.com all were and still are selling this exact same round grill pan for $99.95, down from $170. All these stores offer the exact same pan for $99.95 + free shipping. They all have the Le Creuset boxes, and are returnable, exchangeable. It probably is an older design and Le Creuset probably wants to get rid of it.It’s good to have the option to return or exchange the item should you change your mind and want something else or exchange it for a different colorprovided that it is unused of course.All in all, this store is really not an outlet.The prices aren’t cheaper, and they impose the unnecessary non-returnable restrictions on you.I would go elsewhere.
