Not quite up to par this season. Host couldn’t find our reservation at first. Service was extremely friendly but spotty (he had a lot of tables). Food took a long time. Cajun chicken was over-seasoned and under-sauced compared to Palm Beach and Manhattan. No lobster. Dinner took too long so we didn’t get to see if they even had the Vacherin – one of the best desserts ever.

As a regular of Le Bilboquet in both NYC and Dallas… Sag Harbour keeps the essentials good food, service and wine! But I did feel that the menu is more expensive than in the other 2 locations for the same food!

Amazing restaurant, beautiful view of the harbor, great indoor and outdoor seating. The staff is very nice. The quality of the food is very high. Great drinks selection.
