I’m thoroughly impressed. these nice folks went above and beyond matching up an odd ball chain for me yesterday. as in got out the micrometers and actually found a suitable match. then today my neighbor took my bicycle wheel in and they replaced the tube. ultra friendly. ultra accommodating and very very fair priced. I recommend 100%

They are very kind , honest and friendly and know what they are doing!! I took a broken e-bike in that I ordered online and it came with messed up parts and broken parts and a blown tire. They got it all repaired beautifully . They took the time to explain the work that was done , and how to maintain my bike. They helped me unload bike when i arrived and helped me load it when picking it up. It was worth the wait. Will be bringing all my bikes their for assembly and tune ups as they have a new lifetime customer! I drive 40 minutes to go here definitely definitely worth the drive.

Stopped in with a brand new bike that I had bought online and had a small issue with. The owner saw my issue right away and sent me on my way with a tip to fix it and even a couple tips on the setup of my bike to make sure everything will keep running smooth. Excellent customer service, especially considering I purchased the bike elsewhere.
