It’s closed during the COVID-19. But the view is still beautiful and amazing. You could see the bay bridge, Golden Gate Bridge and Richmond bridge. Astonishingly, you could see the Golden Gate Bridge sailing through the clouds, exactly as the painting tells. The parking lots are blocked and there are only limited street parking ahead of it.

It’s like a smaller version of the Exploratorium in San Francisco. I wasn’t sure where to park but I guess you park in any lot nearby. It’s a little walk to get from the parking lots to the entrance. There’s great views of the Bay. There’s a lower second floor that has larger rooms for large groups. There’s also a small section on the lower floor that isn’t as busy as the main floor. It’s definitely great for young children about 10 and below. I was sad that the gift shop didn’t have a lot of Lawrence Hall of Science gifts.

Looking down from the sky, this building is a bit similar to USS Voyager (NCC-74656), but in fact, the starship looks a bit smaller in terms of human ratio. I have to say that the designer of this building still has a rich imagination. When I went in, I found that the design structure inside was not magnificent, but rather ordinary. Maybe based on the local average income and geographical environment, and limited financial resources, such a scale is considered good. The museum is located on a high mountain, so you can see almost the entire city from above.
