Worst customer service experience my wife has had with them. They sent items that were not ordered and when trying to return them and get the correct item sent, their response is that they can’t do it!?! Absolutely ridiculous

Went by yesterday and they had a sign from the bank that owns the building that said THEY ARE CLOSED, DUE TO NOT BEING ABLE TO PAY THE RENT. Which was so sad to read, because I’m sure they’re not the only business who has suffered during this whole closure of Covid-19. I hope they can re-open if not at this location, then another here in town, because I know I love Lane Bryant, and I want to support it.

I love this store, but online says store is open here in Midland tx. I went there and they are closed .When will you reopen will you reopen at all.I know there is an online page but its not the same as actually beeing able to try it on and see how it fits
