The location of Lowes has a good selection of home improvement, cleaning supplies, tools and furnishings. The isles are wide with signs, displays and sales arranged nicely. The store was a little crowded on my most recent shopping experience, the garden section was not crowded at all.The garden center is enormous with nice succulents, cactus, plants, pots, trees, soil, seeds, outdoor tools and lots more. The plants I purchased here are doing well. I’m really happy with my purchases and I highly recommend the garden section here, especially if you have a large outdoor space.

The cashier rang up my $100 roll of wire and then argued with me when i informed her of the double charge before i paid. She refused to correct the charges until i asked for a manager. If im not the only one that had this happen it may be systemic. At least they had the wire though. Great store and pricing. Just watch your wallet

I was very unhappy with my brief experience in this Lowe’s. I watched 2 employees ignore a woman with her mother while they had a conversation, she had to interrupt them to ask for help. If you are in customer service and you see 2 customers looking at you, why would you not acknowledge them? Then it got worse after the one worker grabbed another worker who knew about the evaporative coolers to help them. He obviously had little to no idea what he was talking about and when he was asked if the cooler came with a filter already or if they had to buy it separately, he said it should be inside the machine. That is when I interjected, luckily I have been using these coolers for years. This whole time I was standing there waiting to ask a question myself and a different group came up and he went to help them and ignored me completely. At this point is was apparent that I would not get any information I needed from this place, so I walked out. No intention of returning. My message to management: get involved with your workers, make them understand their roles, and if they don’t know the answer to something, don’t act like they do, find someone who actually knows.
