I ordered $2,000 worth of ceiling fans + installation on May 1. It’s May 25 and I still haven’t received the fans. I’ve called 4 times. The first 2 times they assured me my fans would be delivered on May 21 and 22. When the fans did not arrive as promised, I called again on May 24. The first call they just hung up on me. On the second call they told me FedEx was experiencing a 2-4 day delay in shipping, and to just wait 4 more days. However, there’s no indication the fans ever actually shipped. Their own website shows the order is still Being processed, not Shipped. They cannot provide a tracking number, and FedEx has no record that any packages are scheduled to be delivered to my address. So Lamps Plus has had $2,000 of my money for more than 3 weeks, they’ve delivered NOTHING, and they’ve repeatedly LIED to me about the status of my order. I will NEVER purchase anything from them that I can’t walk out of the store with.

Walked in no attendants available the one who came up to me was rude after I told him I wanted lighting fixtures that weren’t on floor and could he order them he said he could not help me. So we left not helpful at all I had a large order of 4 chandeliers and 3 wall sconces. Their loss
