Service center is horrible! Brought our bike in… they had it for 5 months & didn’t do anything. Had it totally taken apart. Called all the time & they blamed it on Covid & problems getting calls back from the dealer & the parts places. Then blamed many other situations. We finally just picked it up because nothing was done. Will never go here again & wouldn’t recommend their service department. Unprofessional & communication is beyond horrible. We know now why it was the only shop in the area that didn’t have a wait list for servicing.

I took a four-wheeler to get the carburetor fixed and also have the oil changed. They did not call and give me a quote ,would also not return a phone call. And they did not even bother to call and tell me that it had been done for a couple weeks. They did not change the oil they charged me $75 for it. Before I left the parking lot I went back inside to tell them the oil had not been changed. . The salesperson took it around back I waited about 30 minutes at least he said it was done I put it on the floor went home when I got home I checked it again and it still has not been changed. If you take something there you will have to be on top of what you paid for and will make sure that they changed the parts.
