I didn’t purchase any Brooks shoes here because my size was not in stock (despite being told it was available through the Brooks website (maybe they just meant as a carrier?), but the ladies were attentive and the storefront was clean. The regular footlocker down the way only sells brooks by online ordering, and hadn’t thought lady footlocker still carried them in store. Lady FL can also order my correct size, but I’m going to look around to see who has them in store first. Nordstrom Rack sells some older versions of Brooks for much less $

If I could give zero stars I would. Came in to do a return with my receipt within 30 days. As soon as I came in the manager Adriana says “Hi wassup” when I told her I was here to make a return she asked me “you don’t want to exchange it for anything else?” When I said no she rolled her eyes and went to do the return. While doing the return she says “you know what girl I don’t have change your going to have to come back another day” when I asked to speak to a manager she said she was the manager. I told her it made no sense for me to waste gas again and come back for $82 she then checked the other register that had plenty of change. When told that would have been smarter to do from the beginning then suggesting the customer leave and come back. She started rolling her big bubble eyes and giving attitude for why she did what she did. She didn’t even give me my return receipt. She’s seriously horrible and rude . I don’t understand how she became a manager. You shouldn’t be treated rudely just because your making a return. Obviously someone was upset they didn’t meet their quota for the day. Never coming back to this store.
