We love this shop but the short hours are hugely inconvenient—10am to 4/5pm, come on! Understandable during the pandemic even though a lot of people were gardening like crazy then and also trying it out for the first time, so I doubt Ladera was hurting for customers. Now that many people are vaccinated and out & about again, and summer is almost here with long light evenings, it would be VERY convenient if Ladera could stay open to at least 6pm so Belmont and San Carlos residents can stop by after work to pick up supplies for an evening garden project. Two stars off only because of the short hours, because what good is this wonderful shop to us if it’s not open enough hours for us to visit it?
