I get blood drawn often and have been to every lab in the vicinity. The facility was clean, the mobile check in process meant I could wait in my car and get some things done, and they took me early. Dominque was just as nice as efficient as she could be, all the other staff was really nice.

MICHELLE the front desk clerk came off really RUDE, but decided to change her tone when she heard me say survey. Well guess what Michelle too late! Being a healthcare personnel myself. Patient care and satisfaction is vital. YOU HAVE TO LOVE WHAT YOU DO. DOING IT FOR A PAYCHECK JUST WON’T DO! The only reason I gave them a four star is because, Dominique the phlebotomist was very friendly and professional. Thank you Dominique for your warm welcoming and professionalism it means a lot to the community and the people Labcorp service in New Windsor.
