Extra salesy. When I got there I advised the greeter who I was there for. She didn’t even take me to him or have him come to the front. I got an “oh yeah, he’s at that desk right over there” with a point of a finger. Unfortunately I could not see through an entire wall to where she was pointing or who I was looking for. You’d think with the ridiculous red carpet entrance you’d have a much better experience. I told the guy exactly what I was looking for and he proceeded to continually try to sell me on the brand/features and wouldn’t even have a conversation with me. Big Lots has a better selection with much more comfortable recliners.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. We purchased two recliners and were told it would be 12 weeks until they arrived. 10 days short of 5 months the entire transaction was completed. They never initiated any contact to keep us informed on delays. When we contacted them, it was always the next day before they gave us an answer. Finally they called with a delivery date. They were quick to contact for the balance due. To complete the poor service, they delivered one chair and left the other one at the distribution center. We had to wait 3 more days for them to rectify that problem. Absolutely an awful experience!
