We originally went to La-Z-Boy because they offer the best selection of recliners with a swivel base. We were told by the salesperson that any recliner on the floor could have a swivel base added. We made a purchase, ordered a large recliner, and (patiently) waited three months. Then today we were supposed to go pick up the chair- only to find out that the chair we got doesn’t have a swivel option because it’s too big!!! We were able to complete the original order andfound out that the original salesperson, who no longer works here, was very misinformed and didn’t check what she was telling a client. If you go in, ask for Courtney. She just worked with me very hard to try to salvage the situation and she was very apologetic. This retailer needs to train staff better!
