I researched reclining sofas and made an appt online. Agnes was very helpful in showing my husband and I the showroom model I was interested in so we could try it out and she addressed all my concerns. She then showed us a very similar model that we ended up ordering because it had a deeper seat that fits my husband’s height better and was the same price. She was also very helpful in assisting me with choosing a color that fits my home decor. It was a very pleasant experience. The approximate 5 month wait will be a long one for me as I’m so excited about getting the new sofa!

Love the product we purchased. We were very impressed with the variety and quality of wall hangings and decorator items. Most of all, dealing with our service person Justin was a joy. He was knowledgeable, helpful and patient. A great experience all the way around.

Went in to Lazy Boy to look at rocking recliners. But I was lookibg for a certain color and fit (for wide bottoms ). Sat in a few, looked at a few and was hailed by Christopher asking if he could help me. Found what I wanted and with his help discovered it came in color I wanted. Bought 2 matching chairs. Thank you Christopher. You made shopping easier. Total of about 20 minutes in and out.
