Yana (Store manager) lied to us about the delivery time of our couch. She just wanted to make the sale to earn her commission. The customer support team and the store isn’t responding to our complaints. They are not even considering returning our 25% deposit even though they are going against their contract. So unprofessional, Would not recommend this store to anyone. They only care about you until you place the order, after that you are on your own.
