On weekends I like to go buy a pound of BBQ meat witch is marinated in delicious seasoning and some times get rice and beans on the side for the whole family…. Their produce is fresh and really cheap… The meats in the butcher area is red and fresh as well.. Try it I recommend this store for good service and dam good food….

I have gone to this place before to get produce and certain sweets, and I’ve usually had a good experience. I have not tried the deli, and their meats are typically okay (my mom goes here to get chicken feet for caldo)However, pretty recently, I had a craving for pan dulce and decided to get some from here. I’ve had it once before, and thought it was okay, so I went in with the same expectations. I took my pan dulce home and took a bite into the first one and tasted something kind of fuzzy, and found that all of them were covered in mold.I don’t think this reflects anything on the store itself, but rather as something that slipped through the cracks. I guess the point is that you should check your pan dulce from here before you spend 6 dollars on moldy bread.
